What hosting does for your business
A full room on a slow nightForty or more guests on an early weeknight evening, ordering food and drinks when you would normally be quiet.
New customers who have never been inOur guests come from across Palm Beach County. Many will be walking through your door for the first time.
The people who book private eventsOwners and executives plan the holiday parties, client dinners and team outings. Now they know your space.
Free promotion to thousandsYour venue is named on sfais.ai, on the flyer, on our Facebook and LinkedIn event pages, and in invitations to more than a thousand local business leaders.
A good cause attached to your nameEvery dollar we collect at the door goes to a local children's charity. That makes for an easy, positive story to share.
Photos of a packed houseWe share photos of a lively, full room that you are welcome to use on your own social media.

What we ask of a host
The basics
- A semi-private area or section for 40 to 60 people
- One weeknight evening, 5:30 to 7:30 PM
- Appetizers ordered from your kitchen, paid for by us
- Guests buy their own drinks
Nice to have, not required
Some hosts offer a discount on the food order or a drink special for our guests. A spot near the entrance for our welcome table and sign helps people find us.
Apply to host a night
Tell us about your venue and the months that work for you. Chuck Poole, who organizes the South Florida AI Society, will get back to you within a day or two.
